General Terms & Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the neg88 website accessible at neg88.app, including all associated pages, services, mobile-optimised interfaces, APIs, and any other digital touchpoints operated by neg88.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered by an individual user on the neg88 Platform.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered an Account and uses the Platform for gambling, betting, or gaming purposes.
• "Funds" means real-money BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) balances held in a Player's Account, deposited via supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or reload offer awarded by neg88 to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be bet before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks, address verification, and source-of-funds documentation, as required by neg88's internal compliance framework.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures applied by neg88 in accordance with international best practices.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, which governs all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms including bet settlement deadlines, bonus expiry windows, and support response commitments.

neg88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, neg88 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money gambling services on neg88, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You further agree to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

Eligibility requirements for Account registration are as follows:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate entities, partnerships, and automated systems may not register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of neg88, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless prior written consent from neg88 has been obtained.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended neg88 Account. Duplicate registrations are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be under self-exclusion from the neg88 Platform or any affiliated platform.

neg88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Upon successful registration, your Account will be active and you may make an initial deposit to begin using the Platform's gambling services. neg88 may at any time require you to complete KYC verification before processing deposits above certain thresholds, before any withdrawal is approved, or in response to activity that triggers internal compliance review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. neg88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact neg88 support immediately at [email protected].

Age Restriction & Verification

neg88 operates exclusively as an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on the neg88 Platform, and neg88 takes active steps to prevent underage access. This policy applies without exception to all Players regardless of their country of residence or the payment method used.

neg88 conducts age verification as part of its mandatory KYC process. Players are required to submit at least one of the following documents to confirm they are 18 years of age or older:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back.
• Valid Bangladesh Passport — photograph page.
• Bangladesh Birth Certificate (supplemented by a second government-issued photo ID).

Withdrawals will not be processed until age verification is successfully completed. Accounts where the Player is found to be under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage Player will be returned via the original deposit method, and any associated winnings will be forfeited in their entirety.

Parents and guardians are reminded of their responsibility to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services. Deposits & Withdrawals

neg88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. neg88 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is received from a source not matching the Account holder's verified identity, the deposit will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to comply with AML obligations and to protect Players from fraudulent redirection of funds. neg88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000.

neg88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or your card issuer) may apply their own transaction charges, over which neg88 has no control. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule independently.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST on business days will be processed within the same business day for bKash and Nagad. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. neg88's payment operations team observes Bangladesh public holidays including Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December).

Bonus & Promotional Terms

neg88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all neg88 bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Account in BDT and are denominated in the same currency as the Player's Account balance.
• Unless otherwise stated, casino bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Sports betting bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.80.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are kept in a separate bonus wallet until wagering requirements are satisfied. Players may wager real-money funds freely at any time; wagering of bonus funds is applied in the order specified in the bonus wallet interface.
• Bonus expiry: unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Use of automated betting systems, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated multi-Account play to exploit bonus offers constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and Account review.
• neg88 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be affected by mid-promotion changes to that offer.
• No Player may claim more than one welcome bonus. If a Player registers multiple Accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses, all such Accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.
• Bonuses and their associated winnings are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the neg88 Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific sport, event, or casino game on which the bet is placed. General betting and gaming rules are set out below; sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has issued a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation, the bet shall be deemed void and any deducted stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. neg88 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific Players or markets at its sole discretion.
• Odds changes: For pre-match sports bets, the odds at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the bet. For in-play bets, odds are subject to change until confirmation is issued. If odds change between selection and confirmation, the Platform will display the new odds and request re-confirmation before the bet is placed.
• Void bets: neg88 reserves the right to void any bet where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or where there is clear evidence of a pricing error. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake.
• Casino game rules: All casino games operate under the rules published by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others). The certified RTP of each game is available in the game's information panel. neg88 does not alter game mathematics.
• Crash games: Crash-format games such as Aviator require the Player to cash out before the multiplier crashes. Failure to cash out before the crash event results in the loss of the wagered amount. neg88 is not liable for losses resulting from player inaction or connection interruptions.
• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the Platform's recorded data shall be the definitive record. Players may raise disputes within 14 days of the relevant event by contacting [email protected]. Disputes raised after 14 days may not be considered.

neg88 operates a strict integrity policy. Any Player found to be involved in match-fixing, spot-fixing, inside information trading, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game will have their Account permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a Player on the neg88 Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful recreational gambling purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or permanent closure:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or in communications with support.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials without that person's explicit consent.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, AI-assisted wagering systems, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring deposits to circumvent AML thresholds.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Players who identify such errors must report them to support immediately and must not knowingly exploit them.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward neg88 support staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to collude with other Players to manipulate outcomes, share inside information, or coordinate betting patterns in a manner designed to circumvent the Platform's risk management systems.

neg88 employs automated fraud detection systems and human review teams to monitor Account activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, neg88 may immediately freeze the Account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and if the suspicion is confirmed, permanently close the Account and forfeit all associated balances. neg88 may cooperate with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators in connection with investigations into prohibited conduct.

Account Suspension & Closure

neg88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by neg88.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the Account.
• A Player's self-exclusion request under the Platform's responsible gaming tools.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring Account suspension or closure.
• Account inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. neg88 will attempt to notify the Player by email before applying an inactivity status. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month after 12 months of inactivity, deducted from any remaining balance.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's most recently verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied and no pending withdrawal disputes exist. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

If your Account has been suspended due to a breach of these Terms, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the suspension notice. Appeals will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer and a response will be provided within 14 business days. During the appeal period, Account funds will be held in escrow and will not be accessible to either party.

neg88's decision regarding Account closure following a breach investigation shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process outlined above. neg88 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or opportunity costs arising from a legitimate Account suspension or closure under these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed on 1 January 2026 and are effective from that date. All previous versions of neg88's Terms & Conditions are superseded by this document.
